Every order placed with De Vyldre is more than just a shopping experience. The personal attention given in each phase of the process is part of the journey.

During the extensive intake the wishes are discussed and the initial ideas are discussed with you. In the case of ordering a headdress, you will be asked to visit us one more time when we are working on the piece to verify whether the colour and fit are correct. On average you should take into account a lead time of 4 weeks from the first appointment at the studio to the collection of the custom-made, personalised piece. Even after the purchase you will be welcome at the studio for any minor repairs to, for example, a headpiece. This ensures that your unique piece also remains perfect and can be preserved.
